The Moon Festival, also known as Mid-Autumn Day or Mooncake Festival, is a traditional festival celebrated by many Asian countries and ethnicities, i.e. China, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and etc. It is a meaningful family unity festival to Asians, just as Thanksgiving to the Americans.
The Lunar New Year, celebrated as a Spring Festival, is traditionally celebrated by many Asian regions and ethnicities. It is a delightful symbol of transition from the cold of winter to the season of renewal.
